They started well way back in the day when they were Bank of the Internet. However, the last few years have deteriorated. **************** is a joke and has been outsourced. Don'e expect to ever talk to a supervisor no mater how egregious the issue might be. Don't expect support to be helpful. They will just close your requests without responding. **************** says they will escalate your issue but it will not happen. I have gone through their customer service maze multiple times and on three occoasions I was told that I would get a call back that never happened. Now when I call, I just get auto hung up on and my support requests at online banking are ignored. I switched banks because of this after over a decade with them. I currently have 8 cents in my account just to try and resolve my issues with them someday. I doubt that will happen though so I'm going to start complaining elsehwere.Axos Bank Response

Place is a SCAM - I withdrew my application prior to approval, it went through anyway. All efforts to get my money out have been ineffective - all transfers "have not gone through" claiming that it is on the receiving bank end, not theirsAxos Bank Response

This company sucks! I opened an *** on 09 / 2008 with $300. In 16 years I lost $60.44. My ending total balance is $239.56. The **** representative told me they put my account in "Dormant status" and started charging me to send paper copies to an address that I no longer stay. I was also told by the **** representative that out of 16 years my account only gain 4 *****'s here and there. IN AN *** ******** Really? I had some assets invested elsewhere and the entity was acquired by Axos. I have been trying to access my account for literally 8 months and have spoken to multiple Axos representatives on the phone and sent countless emails, but have been unable to see or access my funds. They claim they are able to see the funds but due to a "technical issue" I cannot see or access on my end, which seems very suspicious.Axos Bank Response

This bank gets no stars from me! The runaround they gave me was ridiculous! I clicked on 1 star to make sure this review would be printed. I started trying to get my *** transferred to my local bank in early May, 2023. By mid March of 2024 I finally received it... practically 1 year later!!!!!They called me a liar 4 times and said I wasn't who I was claiming to be because my e mail wouldn't go thru to them! They told me this is the only e mail I could use. This particular man said there was nothing he could do for me! WHAT?!?! I called back and spoke with another person and ended up having to send them my picture holding my license, ss#, name, address, tel #, etc. I did that on May 8th, 2023, and still had to wait practically I year to get my money!!!!! I also had to send it certified. These are the worst people I have ever had to deal with. Hard to believe they're still in business. And, when they finally mailed the check to my bank, they sent it to the wrong place!!!During this time they sent me wrong forms, wouldn't call me back when I tried to reach them, etc There is so much more that went on, but I don't have the room to fit it all. If you are thinking about working with this bank.... run for the hills! They are the worst, as is evident with all of their 1 star reviews. Still just so hard to believe that they get away with all of this! Happy I finally have my *** back and I never have to deal with these people again! If I hadn't been as persistent as I was, they just would have kept my money... they had 0 desire to help me. Axos Bank is a TOTAL SCAM! They treat YOUR money like it belongs TO THEM, constantly declining VALID transactions with no notice so they can keep their greedy paws on YOUR MONEY, constantly LOCKING your ATM card without notice, so they can keep their greedy paws on YOUR MONEY, ALWAYS supporting MERCHANTS in disputes, rather than their own CUSTOMERS. The phone number on the back of their ATM cards is DISCONNECTED. Support is a JOKE! Don't fall for this SCAM bank. NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! Axos bank has worst customer service. Their organization itself is very primitive. It took 30 days just to open an account with them, but I withdrew my application as they kept asking for the same document 4 times. Thats how poor they are in coordination. So one can expect how the customer service will be with our regular transaction issues. Stay away from this guys. Dont trust Nerd wallet as I picked this bank from their suggestion.Axos Bank Response

Terrible bank for business owners. They will put a 5 day hold on all mobile check deposits to their business accounts, without telling you - and no matter how small the check is. I own rental properties and needed to deposit a couple hundred dollars to make sure ************ were covered. Small check, didn't think it would be an issue until I found out they bounced my mortgage payment and put a 5 business day hold on a small $200 check. When I called, they didn't care whatsoever about what happened and I asked to speak to a manager but was told a manager wouldn't be available to talk to me for 3 days. Obviously that wouldn't solve the problem. Luckily, my mortgage company waived all fees as I've never had this happen before. This bank does not care about their customers, period. Go elsewhere, especially if you own a business.Axos Bank Response

I was recently locked out of my account pending a review without any explanation. They said they had sent an email regarding the issue but the email simply said what I previously stated without any reason or timeline provided. When I called to rectify the issue I was told that there is nothing that can be done and I must simply wait. This will inevitably cause me to incur late fees on unpaid bills that I would have and should have been able to pay if not for Axos Banks terrible business practices.Axos Bank Response

Stay away from that mob controlled bank, no wonder they support criminal like *****. They got so many lawsuits pending that they can't even know the real numbers....
